As of July 31, 2024, Garrett and Tia Austin are proud to be the new owners of FCS Facility Maintenance. Tia, daughter of the company’s founders Keith and Rocky Fremin, has over 15 years of experience with the company and holds a BSBA from the University of South Alabama. She manages the office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions. Garrett, with over a decade of experience as the lead technician, oversees field operations, bringing technical expertise and hands-on leadership. Both Garrett and Tia grew up in Mobile, AL, and are delighted to raise their daughter, Sophia, in their hometown. They love their community and take pride in serving their clients, who are also their neighbors, as they continue the tradition of quality service and innovation.
